So the Ford Fiesta got us home in one piece and we had no problems, so that was a relief.
We left Castellon and drove up through Aragon, into La Roja and across to Castile y Leon towards the Galician border. Once again we were reminded how green the north is and so different from the rest of Spain.
We stopped for the night at a hotel that was once an old pilgrims hospital built in 1377 by the Queen of Castilla.

As we drove into Galicia we stumbled across a tiny village in a beautiful valley and stopped for lunch. It must be on one of the Camino routes as there were lots of pilgrims stopping for lunch or the night.

After lunch we continued on our way and some how got lost with Mrs Google and ended up on top of a ridge and feeling just a little worried the Fiesta might not make it and there was no-one around for miles. We eventually found our way back on to the main road and the green surrounds of Galicia.

1,100kms later home at last
